Dr. Fitzpatrick was referred to me as a practice broker, by my financial adviser. I had already used a different broker for an evaluation a couple of years before. The difference was very apparent. She patiently explained the process and very little varied from that overview. I had no surprises regarding costs. It was more labor intensive (for me, at times) than I had expected, but I was always able to get answers, and quickly. She was also more affordable than many other brokers, and I believe offered much more value in that regards. The sale came with the second potential buyer, and there was plenty of help with that process as well. Regarding her assistance in finding and placing a very good new graduate DVM as our 3rd doctor, I could not be happier with the outcome.
