Services We Provide:

• Comprehensive wellness exams and preventive care
• Diagnostic imaging, including digital radiography
• Soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
• Dentistry, including teeth cleaning, extractions, and oral surgery
• Vaccinations and parasite control
• Urgent and emergency care
• Client education and wellness plans

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Maryland
• Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• A compassionate team player who can uphold a great reputation with clients
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of veterinary care
• Proficiency in surgery is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care, including physical exams, diagnostic procedures, surgery, and dentistry
• Develop a rapport with clients and understand their needs and preferences
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and educate clients on preventive health care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely follow-up care
• Stay current on veterinary practices and advancements through Continuing Education
• Assist in training and developing the paraprofessional team to ensure excellent care and client service
• Represent the practice positively in the community and to the public
• Treat every client like family and each pet as your own

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
